Fitch Ratings has assigned Saudi Telecom Company’s (stc, A+/Stable) senior unsecured USD5 billion trust certificate issuance programme (sukuk) an expected rating of ‘A+(EXP)’. The programme is issued by stc Sukuk Company II Limited, which is also the trustee.
