Fitch Ratings has published Omniyat Holdings Ltd’s (Omniyat) senior unsecured rating of ‘BB-‘ and assigned an expected rating of ‘BB-(EXP) to the upcoming sukuk trust certificate issuance, issued through the trustee Omniyat Sukuk 1 Limited.
